WampServer

Hey people,
Yesterday I installed Wamp on my pc and was browsing into forums to find if is there a way you have your website 24/7 but not keep your pc on 24/7?
I have heard somewhere that you can do it if you install Apache, Php and MySql separately, is it true?
Or theres ways you could do it?
