Please excuse me I'm getting consfused from english and Swedish as larenindg it now.
Okey my problem is when I try to use my external ip address I cannot connect. Port 80 is open and when I type my extern ip address I can't reach ther server. I can connect locally through LAN but now WAN.... Port 80 is open though!!!

Most personal ( home ) routers wont allow you to do this.
Go to a friends house and try from their.

thank you!!! lol i feel like a retard.. I used a VPN and know it works, that's stupid my old router worked fine...
