I have been read earlier topics and php.ini should be in folder below but - it isn't there.

E:\wamp2\bin\apache\Apache2.4.4\bin

Can someone help me.

How to find it or create it perhaps max size of export file is 2mb it should increase.

Dont search for it, USE THE TOOL YOU HAVE INSTALLED.

left click the wamp manager icon ( thats the one in the system tray that should be green ) -> PHP -> php.ini

This will open the CORRECT file with notepad.

If you cannot mention the actual parameter name that you have been told to increase you are going to have trouble making a change!!!!!!

Reading between the lines, so to speak, the parameter you may be looking for is

; Maximum allowed size for uploaded files.
; [php.net]
upload_max_filesize = 2M
