Local Host + Apache

Ok i have a problem.

When i try to acess me local host, it screws up and says theres a Apache problem...
working fine before till i changed me mysql password.I reinstalled it aswell.... but had to change my mysql password so it screws up.

Change the password in hte config.inc.php file of phpmyadmin
