WampServer

I had WAMP installed on my old win7 system that worked. Upgraded to Win 10 then after a few months one of my harddrives died. Had this drive replaced and at same time had an ssd drive with Win7 reinstalled. Now when I go to install WAMP2.5, I get an error message for php-win.exe - System Error box that reads, "The program can't start because MSVCR110.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.

Reinstalling does not seem to fix this.

WAMP installs at location c:\wamp

Please how do I fix this?
