Visual C++ Redistributable Packages for Visual Studio 2015-2022 x64
VC2015-2022 (VC17) is backward compatible to VC2015 (VC14), VC2017 (VC15) and VC2019 (VC16). That means, a VC14, VC15 or VC16 module can be used inside a VC17 binary. Because this compatibility the version number of the Redistributable is 14.3x.xx and after you install the Redistributable VC2015-2022, the Redistributable packages VC2015 (VC14), VC2017 (VC15) and VC2019 (VC16) are eventually deleted but you can still use VC14, VC15 and VC16.

- Verify that all VC ++ packages are installed and with the latest versions.
To do this, use the tool:
Checks VC++ packages installed
Do not use a previously loaded tool. Make a new download to make sure you are using the correct version.
Download packages on http://wampserver.aviatechno.net in section Visual C++ Redistribuable Packages
Do not forget that if you have a 64 bit Windows, you must install both 32 and 64 bit versions of each package.
You must install each package "as an administrator", so right-click the exe file and then run as Administrator.

Sorry, but Apache 2.4.60 for Wampserver will wait a while.

There are problems when switching from version 2.4.59.1 -> 2.4.60, for example the browser used, Firefox, asks for a "uCqlH5WV" file backup when you ask for 'http://localhost/'. With Edge, Chrome or Opera, 'http://localhost/' performs a download directly.

There is no such problem when switching Apache versions between 2.4.59.1, 2.4.59 or 2.4.58.1.

We recommend that you revert to Apache 2.4.59.1 and remove Apache 2.4.60.
