Server Symptoms.
WampServer icon in the notification area of the taskbar is “ORANGE” when server just open or started, but when error occurs it go “RED” (when it is orange MySQL and phpMyAdmin has the exactly same issue)
When error occur the MySQL and the Apache services are “STOPPED” Services cannot be restarted.
No access to:
phpMyAdmin (Error #2002 the server is not responding or the local server´s socket is not correctly configured)

I am sorry, forgotten to mention that this error began to occur when I attempt to update MySQL form version myslq7.6.17 to version mysql5.7.10, manually. Before this attempt everything on the server was running fine.
Even if I try to switch back to the version mysql5.6.17 it still happens or if delete the new install directory of mysql5.7.10 error continue.

I have verified the mentioned the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable package, and repaired them all. But error still continues to occur… the MySQL service does not run. Version cannot be change from server, by selecting a different version.
