WampManager won't start in Windows 8

I can't get WampManager.exe to start after installing on Windows 8.

Though the Wamp Server (Apache, PHP and MySQL) seem to be working fine.

Anyone have similar problems?

I might be wrong about this. It seems the WampManager is in windows tray in the lower right corner. It is working fine. I expected that when I clicked on the deskltop icon, some larger application would open. My bad.

Assuming your WampServer is on-line, open a browser and enter "localhost" (without the quotes) in the address bar.

As I said - Wamp "Server" works fine. My problem was that when I clicked on my desktop Icom for Wamp "Manager", I expected a program to open up on my desktop to manage Wamp "Server". What I didn't know was that Wamp "Manager" was only accessible by clicking on the tray icon. It was just a bit confusing.

As far as I can tell, everything works fine.
