and then replace the files in the folder wamp

Now choose the Portuguese language in wamp tools
if that does not work open the file wampmanager.conf and set language = "portuguese"

and ready!

Although Inno Setup includes the Portuguese language, I have too many special characters strings that should be translated.
And then after, will be the Russians, Chinese, Arabs, and so on that require installers in their language ... And I spend my time doing translations ... I'd rather take care code, functions, options, bug fixes.

Now (Wampserver 3.0.1) it works.

This is your translation in Portuguese, which made me aware of the problem.
With Wampserver 3.0.1 (There will be an update installer), languages are not integrated into the index.php file or add_vhost.php but in separate files, for example:
wamp\www\wamplangues\index_english.php
wamp\www\wamplangues\index_french.php
wamp\www\wamplangues\index_portuguese.php
wamp\www\wamplangues\add_vhost_english.php
wamp\www\wamplangues\add_vhost_french.php
wamp\www\wamplangues\add_vhost_portuguese.php

Form to change the language in the home page takes into account whether or not files. We can add a file, the language name is the same as the files in wamp/lang /; it will be automatically taken into account.

Contrary to files in wamp/lang (*), these files must be utf-8.

(*) Because wamp/lang files are used by Wampmanager.exe ie Aestan Tray Menu that does not support utf-8 files.
