HELP PHPMYADMIN

I have installed WAMP on my computer VISTA is running, another computer with WINDOWS 7. When i m trying to login to PhpMyAdmin on VISTA its saying Forbidden 404 access is not allowed.
Please help

I assume you mean you are trying to logon to the vista machines wamp-phpmyadmin from the windows7 machine.
The default security is setup to only allow phpmyadmin to be accessed from the machine it is running on.
So you will have to change the following file on the Vista machine.
C:\wamp\alias\phpmyadmin.conf
Change this line
Allow from 127.0.0.1 192.168.1
Assuming your local network address's are in the 192.168.1.x range
