WampServer

Hello
I have up to now used Wamp version 2.1 32 bits on my Windows 7 pro system. After having updated to Windows 10 pro, it does not function. It shows yellow colour.
I use :
Apache Version.2.2.1.4
PHP Version 5.3.4
MySQL Version5.1.5.3
When trying to install the Apache Service I get the message:
"Your port 80 is actually used by:
Server: Microsoft-IIS/10.0
Cannot install the Apache service..."
Is there anything i can do to solve the problem?

It is probably as simple as one of the services ( wampapache or wampmysqld) did not get re-registered but the upgrade


Do this and see if that solves the issue


Start WAMPServer and using the menus do :-

wampmanager -> Apache -> Service -> Install Service

wampmanager -> MySQL -> Service -> Install Service

Thank you for your answer to my problem.

However:

When trying to install the Apache Service I get the message:

Cannot install the Apache service..."

As for MySQL nothing happens when i follow your recipe!
