I would suggest uninstalling the MYSQL you already have.
Of course make sure you have backed up any database etc from this other install before uninstalling it.
The main reason for this suggestion is that managing 2 MySQL Servers on one machine is a little more complexity than most people need when they are starting out.
Once WAMPServer is installed, you can restore the backed up databases to the MySQL Server that comes with WAMPServer.
