how to get started

Ok, after installing, I believe that I should be able to see myserver if I type www.(my ip address).com

Now how do I create a new user? Are there any books or help files that I can read on how to get started.

Locate your www server
C:\Wamp\www

Create a folder in there and give it .htaccess with a username, password

Im unsure if there is any other way to do it
