Permission denied in Unknown on line 0

I am using wampserver on window 7 64 bit . i download it for some days it working correct but now it shows a error.
"Warning: Unknown: failed to open stream: Permission denied in Unknown on line 0"
I know that it permission error but i dont know how to solve on it in windows . So please help me .

This error normally comes with other errors.

Can we see other errors that occured around this one..

Your using a version of php that Drupal does not support

As Steven has stated, your version of drupal requires a version of php that you do not have installed with wamp.

Please reference this link and check your drupal version and your wamp php version against these requirements shown.
