Installing open source interactive social networking platform

I need help. I'm trying to install [sourceforge.net] I extracted the files to my computer and then followed the directions as directed online.

When it comes time to upload to the webserver (wampserver) my install doesn't start.

Server Configuration

Apache Version :
2.2.22
PHP Version :
5.3.13
MySQL Version :
5.5.24

Anybody kind and patient enough to help me. I understand things easily and very coach able; just this area is kinda new to me.
