WampServer

hello,
I have installed wamp server, but I can't open localhost, I think because I have following error message in my windows event viewer.

The Wampserver icon is orrange.


The Apache service named reported the following error:
>>> AH00015: Unable to open logs .

Please, I need help, I will start mysql, I have only error mesage in Apache service, not in mysql.

I can't open localhost

Which question can I answer?

I have Windows 7 64 bit

I have installed WampServer Version 2.5 32 bit

Apache Version 2.4.9
PHP Version 5.5.12
MySQL Version 5.6.17


WampServer icon color is orrange

Is that the only error or are there more, I would expect more than one

Are database files placed in writeable places on server?

Of course they are, by default.

Unless you have done somthing very odd with your system, pretty much everywhere is writable on windows

They are in \wamp\bin\mysql\mysqlx.y.z\data

I assume you installed WAMPServer into the root of one of your drives and not into a folder that has any special sort of privilages required.

And not into Program Files
