WampServer

I seem to be having a problem. All of a sudden i am unable to connect to my WampServer. It seemed to be working fine for a while, i have heard that other programs could be using the same port such as Skype but i have also had that installed at the same time and it still seemed to be working fine. The icon is green too in the tray and in my browser it says connected to localhost but it doesn't seem to be loading the page. i tried changing the port to 81, 90 and 8080 but this just resulted in my browser saying the webpage cannot be displayed. I don't know what the problem is because it seemed to be working fine till today
