problem persists

hi romain, good morning,
i've configured windows firewall to port 80 but i still got the same problem.
i also tried under control panel>windows firewall to add wamp>port 80 but still could not preview (local host, phpmyadmin, SQLiteManager or my pages) now i'm stuck.
Sometime back i had installed wamp and the preview was working fine until my computer was connected to the internet through LAN. Under internet options, connections, LAN settings>proxy server, the port no. being used is 8000.
assistance could be appreciated coz i really need to move on.
