WampServer

I want to put my wamp server available on internet so that I can access to my project from anywhere on earth .

My configuration is :

- WS 2.5 (64)
- windows 7 professional (64)
- Apache 2.4.9
- PHP 5.5.12
- MySQL 5.6.17

I tried some of the tutorial available on internet and these two addressees are working

localhost:80
192.168.0.106:80

but I cant access to my wampserver from another pc whic is not connected in same LAN .

i also make wamp Put Online and forward port 80 on my router and also add exception in firewall but still not working.


my ipv4 address is 192.168.0.106 and external ip is 103.254.*.*

What should I need to do to make my wampserver available on internet ? pls help me .
