slow innodb database

Hello!
I have db on innodb engine. I'm trying to import 2,7 MB sql file with only insert instructions. There are about 8000 records. I set in the php.ini max_execution_time to 300. I can't import this file because I see in phpMyAdmin error - max exevution time.
My laptop has P8400 processor and 4GB memory. I have default WampServer 2.2 installation and I didn't change anything in my.ini.
What can I do to import this file? Any my.ini settings?
