how to change language in English?

ERROR [42S01] [MySQL][ODBC 5.1 Driver][mysqld-5.6.17]La table '`kiddec2014`.`account`' existe déjà
i'm using mysql and vb.net 2008
wampserver the language by default is in ENGLISH.. how come the error is translate in french? or does not related during debugging?
i'm running a program and i know it has an error. but i can't understand. please help how to translate it into english.

Hi,
Wampmanager Icon->MySQL->my.ini
Replace:
Wampmanager Icon->Right-Click->Refresh

Replace:
lc-messages=fr_FRby
lc-messages=en_USor
lc-messages=en_GBSave the file.
Wampmanager Icon->Right-Click->Refresh
