Wamp will no longer start--what do I do?

I have been using wamp success4uslly for nearly a year. Now just after I installed Dreamweaver CS5 Wamp will no longer load. I get an error message:
Aestan Tray Menu has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
How can I repair Wamp without uninstalling it?
If I have to uninstall it and I reinstall it over the same directory will I loose any of my info, will my database still work?
Help!!

I uninstalled wamp and then reinstalled it over the same folder. It still would not start and issued the same error message???!!!
