2.1e php_mssql bug?

Install WampServer2.1e
From tray icon -> PHP -> PHP extensions -> php_mssql
Error Message appears:
Title: Warning
PHP Startup: Unable to load dynamic library 'c:/wamp/bin/php/php5.3.0/ext/php_mssql.dll' - The Specified module could not be found.
The error message appears twice.
Also tested WampServer 2.1a.
Same result.
Are these releases really just missing a .dll or am I doing something wrong?
