WampServer

I have upgrade apache 2.4 to apache 2.5 and my server suddenly load sites betwen 3-5 second before start loading joomla or wordpress CMS sites.
I have try everything that i found in this forum, but nothig help me.

my server

Win server 2008
Apache 2.4.10 - x64
Mysql 5.6.16
PHP 5.3, 5.4, 5.5, 5.6 run as mod_fcgid

hosts file:
127.0.0.1 localhost
::1 localhost......

mysql config:
key_buffer_size = 256M
max_allowed_packet = 16M
sort_buffer_size = 2M
net_buffer_length = 8K
read_buffer_size = 8M
read_rnd_buffer_size = 64M
myisam_sort_buffer_size = 8M

bind-address = 0.0.0.0
bind-address = ::
table_definition_cache = 400

query_cache_limit = 4M
query_cache_size = 25M

anyone have idea what causes this delay 3-5 sec

Hello iztokba,

Are you sure you are using WAMPServer?

I ask because it does not use mod_fcgid by default, it runs PHP as an Apache module!

Yes i use wamp and i make mod_fcgid to run, i have mod_fcgid about 1 year and it works fine, now it have delay.
