Hi there FuzMic
IIS ( any version ) and WAMPServer (Apache) are both web servers so they will both want to use port 80 by default, thererfore they will not run together.
However, if wamp is not running i.e. Apache is not started then IIS will run just fine, and visa versa, as long as IIS is turned off Wamp(Apache) should run just fine.
IIS does sometimes incorporate other services that also try and use port 80 so you may need to be a bit clever making sure all the IIS and associated tools are all turned off when you want to run Wamp
