403 Forbidden

Hi, I am hosting a site for a friend, and it was all working perfectly until this afternoon. I tried setting up FTP earlier today, and it was still working... After getting no response no matter what i type, I ended the service. the server is still up but nothing happens. Please help. the address to the site is bdcdcorp.webhop.net

left click wamp icon> put online

It's not... I forwarded the ports.. and it was working fine before... Even with it
