I have same issue cant access my wampserver, i installed work perfect icon is green

if i open localhost work perfect but if i use my public ip i got

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access / on this server.

i tried to install traccar.org software that use localhost:8082 and work perfect via static ip [41.59.32.162] and i can access anywere,

i try to check apache erro log i have this
