WampServer

Hi, I'm a noob here. I install WAMP last night and can't seem to work through this issue. I'm testing a php script that I actually already know works well (just testing out WAMP). When I submit to db through php, the page redirects, opens a window on another browser that is a 404 page not found, then I get a pop-up error message that reads "Apache HTTP Server stopped working and was closed". DB still receives my stuff, but that's it. I hope this isn't something too dumb. Thanks for you time!!

i don't know if this info would help understand what is going on, but I've noticed that when I run the php script, it results in the information being inserted into db twice. And after following page runs the 404 error, it turns into a dns error.

Please help me!!!
