WampServer

Hi, I just installed the latest version of Wamp (2.4.9) and its working fine. I have used it before and I know how to go around it, but updated my computer to Windows 8.1 and now the links don't work as they did before.

For example it use to be localhost/folder of website I'm working on

now when I click the folder of the website I want the link doesn't have localhost in front but if I manually key in localhost in from of the folder name it works just fine.

Does anybody know how can I fix so that localhost always stays in front of all links?
