php startup errors.

Im getting this application has failed to start b/c ntwdblib.dll was not found.
Also php_mbstring.dll not found.
These errors each appear twice when i try to start wamp.
I have tried reinstalling and I have tried disabling iis.
Im running vista.
Please help.
