tray icon -> no pop-up menu

Hi,
I have a problem with this pop-up menu in tray ;/



When I left-click or right-click on the tray icon nothing happens :| Just no menu shows and absolutely nothing happens sad smiley
I'm using Win7 and Wamp 2.0i now but the same was on Wamp 2.0a. I tried to run WampManager as administrator and as a normal user and still nothing. I have no idea what's causing it :/ On WinXP everything was ok...
Does anyone had this problem?
Any idea how to solve it?

you have to install wamp as admin w/ full privilege

I have the same problem as the OP, except I installed and run wamp as admin with full privs.

My OS is Windows 7 Ultimate.

NB: By full privs, I mean that the launch icon is invoked to run wamp as an administrator.

Any other thoughts?

OK, here's the problem: If I install the program in a location other than the default (C:\wamp), the wamp menu will not pop up when the tray icon is left-clicked.

I suspect there is a simply fix for this that involves editing one of the .ini files. If so, can you point me to the file and property to be edited? I really need to run this package from a different location.

Hi there,
I have finally solved that problem (but it wasn't "run as administrator" case)
What I did was:
- I uninstalled WAMP
- I searched for any "wamp" values in windndows registry and deleted them
- and again installed WAMP (as administrator - just like previously winking smiley and it is not default location as well smiling smiley )
After that everything is ok grinning smiley
