Hi,

i recenlty downloaded WAMP and have installed it fine. I've been able to create and run .sql queries on the command prompt ok. But now i want to run sql quries on phpmyadmin. However, when click phpmydadmin i get the following error message shown on my web page:

#1045 - Access denied for user 'root'@'localhost' (using password: NO)

phpMyAdmin tried to connect to the MySQL server, and the server rejected the connection. You should check the host, username and password in your configuration and make sure that they correspond to the information given by the administrator of the MySQL server.


can sombody please tell me exactly but clearly how i can be able to connect to phpmyadmin please.
