I have installed wampserver. Each time I try to access localhose or phpMyadmin, I receive the same error message- The connection was reset.

I have removed skype from my system as directed in prior messages. Any other advice?

Running on Vista.

Make sure your host file only contains line 127.0.0.1 localhost.
Delete line about ::1 using notepad as administrator and try again.

Make sure apache service is running (wamp icon should be white)
