WampServer

This is about my primary navigation lists in a PHP/MySQL site/pages:

This Is:
0. Using Dreamweaver CS4 and the pages are "home.php", "whatisit.php", etc.
1. a vertical Unordered List CSS Navigation Block in a left-sidebar;
2. a menu that is inserted with an include;
3. has Image roll-over, with the ul list menu.

Now, when I fire-up the Firefox Browser (It behaviors are exactly the same in all browser, IE, Safari, Chrome, Opera) the links only work once.

i.e.: Open Home Page in Firefox from Dreamweaver - Displays Perfectly with all rollovers, links, includes, JavaScript functioning as designed:
Then, I hit the next Menu Item, "What Is It", it opens and works perfectly, EXCEPT when I hit the Home Menu Item, it gives me a solid white page saying it cannot locate the page on my server (Wamp-Apache) .

I does the exact same thing when I start with "What is It" and goes to "Home".

Also, ColdFusion 8 behaves exactly the same way on the Wamp Apache Test Server

Basically it will only work once.

Anyone know what is going on?
