How to install sqlitemanager

Hi downloaded the latest version of wamp, without sqlitemanager, I picked SQLiteManager and I«m wondering how can I install it, I already putted the folder in \wamp\apps\ and restarted wamp, but I doesn't appear yet =/ need help. Thanks in advance.

due to conflict, sqlite manager does not include in latest wamp 2i, so if you need it, download wamp 2h here
