can't start all services

i have just installed wamp5 for an online course. I can not get all services to run - i keep getting 1 of 2 services running - server offline. any suggestions, thanks.

make sure no other program conflict wamp such as iis, skype, zonealarm, firewall/antivirus, nod32, eset, any web related program ...
