Error message for .exe file

When I try to run the WampServer2.0i.exe file, I get an error message: "you must be logged in as an administrator or as a member of the Power users group when installing this program."

Any idea what I'm doing wrong?

just as stated, you must be logged in as an administrator w/ full privilege to use wamp; however, if already logged in as admin, check your antivirus/firewall winking smiley

Oh, I see. I thought anyone could download and use wamp. I was under the impression it was a free download. The directions on the site don't say anything about needing full privileges.
