Failuer with the new update. Apache not working

Hi, I installed the new wampserver and once it starts, Windows throws an Apache error. Please help

well i fixed the apache error...now i get a forbidden page when trying to use phpmyadmin in 2.0i

did you remove old wamp folder before install new wamp or you just installed new one over old one?
