WAMPServer seems not to work

Hallo,
I have installed WampServer on another Laptop. And it won't work
The Symbol stays orange. it never goes to green. Localhost will not show anything.
I did not change anything at the setup. I just clicked on continue.
Can it be that WampServer "hates" Tunnelbear?
