WAMP not working when not on a network.

Hi,

I instaled wamp, it worked flawlessly, but then I disconected from my wireless router (internet) and it stoped working... then I conected back to my wireless (but not to the internet) and WAMP started working again...

What's the relation?? do I need to be conected to a router for WAMP to work??? i'm using windows 7...

Is there a way around this issue?

how are u connecting to wamp?

Ok... I tried using Windows Explorer and it worked when offline... but not google chrome... Does any one know a reason for that?
