I have WAMP installed on the localhost, Joomla 1.5.8 successfully downloaded and located in the "www" folder of WAMP as necessary. Wamp is successfully installed. As I open the localhost to begin/complete the install of Joomla, I can't get past step 1 (choose a language). I get a big red error up top, "JavaScript appears to be disabled in your browser. Please enable JavaScript before continuing". JavaScript is enabled in the browser (internet explorer). It is enabled because "internet properties are set to "disable script debugging". JS should work fine. what the heck? Help!
