can't connect to mysql,invalid username and pw

Hi,
I have a problem connecting to mysql.I have inserted the mysql connection code,mysql_connect,but I am getting the following error:
Warning: mysql_connect() [function.mysql-connect]: Access denied for user 'ODBC'@'localhost' (using password: NO) in C:\wamp\www\mysql\invoeren.php on line 11
The user ODBC is unknown for me(I use my own name,igor) and I have checked the settings in phpmyadmin:the username is the one I always use and my password is also okey.
Is there someone who knows what's the ODBC user??

got that error when having wrong connection, so make sure already created db account or follow my guide here
