Backup-ed wamp but not sql databases

I backed up wamp and everything else BUT export the tables.

Is the data stored in wamp somewhere?

if you you have any data in your mysql server you need to save, use phpmyadmin to export your databases, tables, and table data to an .sql file. make sure you select the box in the export options to also include all the table data.

Yes I understand that but I had two databases and I mistakenly exported only one.

Is there anywhere in wamp that the other database is stored?

just export the other one. you can only export one at a time.
