People get 403 forbidden Error

Okay so i have problem
People get 403 forbidden Error when they open my website... try: [moongrams.no-ip.org]
but for me this link works fine... ( on main computer where is website hosted )
[moongrams.no-ip.org]
127.0.0.1
localhost
and when i enter my IP i got same error 403 forbidden
so please help

Go to http.conf and look for correct document root. Also check directory settings. Standard is "Deny all". Change it to "Allow all".
