windows2003 in (wmap32bits)php_curl and Zend loader Can not open.

windows2003 in (wmap32bits)php_curl and Zend loader Can not open.
I have to copy the file to the system32 Lane, php.ini has also been configured. But still can not open, php_curl and Zend loader. Why would look like this! ? ? php_curl5.4.16, Zend loader download the latest version!

I just tested in
windows 20003 Version 5.2 (Build 3790 srv03_2_gbr.130106-1434: server pack2)
Everything runs normal!

But in
windows 20003 Version 5.2 (Build 3790 srv03_2_qfe.130502-1535: server pack2)
In how operations are unable to achieve!

This is a system problem, but the problem in the end is what the file is missing, you can not open this two form!

Please make sure you have the latest version of both of these Microsoft C++ Redistributable runtime libraries.

The 2008 Redist is used by wampmanager
The 2010 Redist is used by Apache
