php/mysql pages open only once, after that I can't load /refresh until apache is restarted

I have a mysql databse runining with PHP. I can load the page only once, after that if i click submit ( botton i created) or refresh the page it would stay there trying to load the page but never does it. in order to work I have to Restart Apache service but after next refresh woould be the same. I trye restarting only MySQL service but doesn't wok. Apache is the one that has to be restarted. Any help will be really apreciated. Thanks

Have you looked in the php error log and the apache error log?

Are there any clues in there?

Thanks for the reply RiggsFolly. The Apache error log doesn't show anything. and as for the PHP where I could find it ?

there is a link on the wampmanager menus
wampmanager -> PHP -> PHPError log
