Searching Domain tries to load files from localhost

First, let me remind you that I am new to WAMP. My website: Beckwittserver.com : tries to collect the files from localhost instead of the proper address. You can see from running a test at "WebPageTest.org" what my problem is. I have tried quite a few solutions, but none of them have worked. I am running W7 64bit. When I type my WAN IP and port, then it works fine; therefore, only typing the domain seems to be giving me problems. You can check for yourself what it does. Please help me out, because I have been bashing my head against a wall for a day now.

I am afraid this could be one of a number of things.

It looks like it is failing to load css and images so can you paste some of the code you use to access css and images please.
