exporting and importing from php my admin

hello
i;ve exported database from phpmyadmin and imported in different computer phpmyadmin and also copy pasted folder in www wamp directorey from work pc to home.
first time import , export data base worked ..and now it is not worrking
can anyone tell what exact files to export and to import to another pc so the site works

You need to be more specific, what exactly is happening when it does nto work.
