There was not entry following the 9:29 entry to correspond with my attempt to launch PHPMyAdmin after loggin in.
There were no entries in my PHP log file.

The key word in my previous response is "hidden", it is key because I have not be able to find anything using port 80. A coworker said that it was in use by a company process and to use port 8080. Using the port 8080 got me along a lot further than any other attempts to get past the 404 error I had been getting following my install of Wamp.
