Localhost-Server Offline ALL the time

Hello,

Recently i installed some software for online backup. But after being installed, My wampserver stoped working. It is ever showing as still in yellow mode of which indicates that its not yet ready for use. When i move the mouse over it, it says that server offline .

How can i over come the problem? i have tried to Uninstall the software for the online backup but still not able to work.

Your help will be highly appreciated

Hello,
When i try to click on Put online, i get pop out box with message below;

Aestan Tray Menu

Could not execute menu items ( internal error) [Exception] could not perform service action: The service has not been started

Your help will be highly appreciated
